Star Queensland sprinter Buffering is a firm favourite to break his Group 1 duck in Friday’s Manikato Stakes at Moonee Valley.

Online bookmaker sportsbet has received plenty of support for Buffering, who firmed from $2.30 into $2.10 after drawing barrier one.
“Jumping from barrier one has iced the cake for punters keen on Buffering. He should jump straight to the front and lead all of the way,” sportsbet.com.au’s Ben Hawes said.
“The only reason Buffering hasn’t won a Group 1 is two horses called Black Caviar and Hay List. With them out he’s been dominant in his two sprint wins this preparation and would be a worthy winner.”
