14 Word Game (Bet Now: $2.30) looks a good thing. Thought she ran a beauty here three weeks ago in the 3YO Final behind Like A Drifter, working home strongly from off speed after getting back and wide. Back to maiden grade, hard fit…good luck beating her.

1 Bel Ragazzo (Bet Now: $5.00) steps up to 1200m after resuming over 1050m at Balaklava where he got a fair way out of his ground but worked home strongly when fourth. If he can settle closer in the run, he’s dangerous against these.

10 Torpedoes (Bet Now: $6.50) ran third two weeks back at Morphettville over 1050m, sitting back near last but worked home really well when third to Trade Game. Can settle much closer in the run and has home track advantage to command respect.

2 Lalor (Bet Now: $3.30) was too bad to be true in the Oaklands last Saturday but the track was a slop and I just don’t think he handled. Home track advantage and off the first up effort here, I think he’s the likely winner.

3 Tweeter (Bet Now: $5.00) lands on speed and takes beating, as seen in the Oaklands last Saturday. He attempted to lead throughout and tried hard but the end of 1400m just saw her out. Like her back to 1200m and with front end control, only runs well.

1 Neveu (Bet Now: $7.50) spanked them when a first up winner at Morphettville. He then went to Caulfield Heath when outclassed but far from disgraced in defeat. Good racing style, he should find the top and run a bold race.

2 Orlova (Bet Now: $1.65) is a nice prospect. She produced a strong, sustained finale to score two weeks ago at Morphettville, giving them a start and a beating to score. Looks a filly heading in the right direction, keen on her prospects.

4 Otto’s Dream (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is just under two weeks between runs since racing on the dirt at Port Augusta when on speed and fought hard but just couldn’t quite get there. Good racing style, he’s tough and will keep chipping away.

8 Fiabesca (Bet Now: $6.00) ran third to Orlova two weeks back at Morphettville. She got off speed and worked to the line well enough but seemingly had her chance. I doubt she is going well enough to turn the tables but she can place again.

7 Peta’s Heart (Bet Now: $6.50) lapped up the mud when a spank job winner two weeks ago at Morphettville, ploughing through the mud best to romp up. Her confidence is up, she’s in form, one of the hardest to beat.

1 Maracourt (Bet Now: $5.50) is bursting to win. He ran fourth to I Catchem Fox three weeks ago over 2000m here, getting off speed and worked home pretty well late in the piece. If he’s within range, he’s got the finale to take this out.

5 Longer Route (Bet Now: $8.00) ran down the track behind Peta’s Heart in the race mentioned above from two weeks back. I just don’t think he handled the bog so I want to be quite forgiving. Hard fit, firmer deck, he’s dangerous.

I think it could be a case of good luck beating 10 Think Lu Bella (Bet Now: $5.50). She was a real eye catcher three weeks ago over the mile here when back near last and worked home with real purpose behind Lomax when third. Up to 1800m, can settle closer, no depth…think she’s a good thing.

13 Petit Eagle (Bet Now: $5.50) is on the seven day back up after racing last Saturday at Morphettville Parks when off speed and kept chasing without threatening in a good effort in defeat. Think the rise in trip suits and should be around the mark.

2 Bolted In (Bet Now: $18.00) is three weeks between runs since racing over 2000m here. He got a fair way out of his ground and while he was never a winning threat, his finale was sound enough in defeat I thought. Back in trip is fine and with a more positive steer, is dangerous.

2 Lomax (Bet Now: $15.00) was an impressive winner three weeks ago at this track/distance, giving them a start and a beating in a sharp display. He’ll spot them a start but should motor late and he can definitely win again.

1 Brave Star (Bet Now: $8.00) is four weeks between runs since racing over 1550m at Morphettville Parks when off speed and seemed to have his chance but on the bog, just struggled in the conditions. Should find a firmer deck here and with that in mind, is dangerous.

3 Showrunner (Bet Now: $13.00) is a Travis Doudle trained gelding that resumes. He had two runs during the Spring and didn’t really fire, so was spelled. Been given a good break and his trial work has been strong, so he’s a yard/market watch.

6 Like A Drifter (Bet Now: $1.60) is three weeks between runs since a track/distance win, sitting wide no cover but was trucking before being clicked up and away he went to win and win well. Borderline Stakes class horse IMO so keen to see how he goes against these.

12 Miso (Bet Now: $7.50) was a real eye catcher at Morphettville a fortnight back, getting a fair way out of his ground but worked home strongly Sir Leapalot. If he can settle closer in the run, he’;l run very well.

10 Tosen Water (Bet Now: $26.00) comes here with fresh legs, having not raced since May 16 over 1300m at Morphettville Parks, getting off speed and just whacked in the run to the line. Her best is good enough so I am not dismissing.

4 Brimarvi Rosemarie (Bet Now: $5.50) is three weeks between runs since a track/distance win, giving them a start and a beating, producing very good change up speed to score. She comes here with her confidence up, off a win, hard to beat.

3 Bohemian Angel (Bet Now: $4.60) comes here with fresh legs for Phillip Stokes, her last run being on April 19 at Sale over 1200m when off speed and kept chasing with purpose. Tick over jumpout was strong, she can bounce back.

1 Halliwell (Bet Now: $4.20) comes back to SA after racing at the midweeks at Caulfield Heath where she got off speed and looked to be full of running but didn’t really get room to move. If the breaks go her way here, she can win.

13 Hooked On Wealth (Bet Now: $8.00) should prove hard to beat here. He ran two weeks ago at Morphettville where he got a fair way out of his ground but really liked the way he finished his race off in defeat behind Babayka. If he can be within range, I think his finale will be too much.

2 Howl (Bet Now: $31.00) was an eye catcher a fortnight back at Morphettville behind Babayka. He too got back in the run and made up decent headway when fifth. Not the most reliable re greeting the judge but think he’s going well enough to threaten.

11 Grand Host (Bet Now: $12.00) ran a close up third to Babayka two weeks back at Morphettville. He sat near the speed, wide with cover, and tried hard but just couldn’t quite finish the job. Great record at Murray Bridge, he’s clearly in the mix.
