Tabcorp Holdings Ltd says it is not contemplating a sale of its television racing network, Sky Channel.
Tabcorp said on Thursday it had received a proposal from TVN to acquire Sky Channel.
Media reports suggest TVN is looking to acquire Sky Channel in a deal worth about $400 million.
But Tabcorp said it wasn’t considering a sale.
“Tabcorp has never contemplated and is not contemplating the sale of Sky Channel and has informed TVN to that effect,” it said in a statement.
