7 Noble Deluxe (Bet Now:  $SP.00) looks the straight bat play in the opener. He di more than enough two weeks ago at this track/distance when off speed and chased with purpose in a pretty good effort in defeat when second. Knocking on the door and strikes a winnable race.

1 Sky Song (Bet Now:  $SP.00) ran third over this track/distance a fortnight back. He landed on speed and tried hard but just couldn’t quite see it through. Good racing style and tigers in well after the claim. Likeable.

5 Oriental Surprise (Bet Now:  $SP.00) comes back to 1200m after racing over 1400m here on Sep 14 when off speed and made up some headway but was never really threatening. Like him back in trip and his best is good eniugh.

3 Jubilant Winner (Bet Now:  $SP.00) has been given a several week freshen up since a track/distance win where he made an absolute mess of them after getting a decent run in transit. Looks to have trialled up well since, kind map once again…keen on his prospects.

6 Incredible Moment (Bet Now:  $SP.00) should be better for the first up run, which came a fortnight back at this track/distance when attempting to lead throughout and he gave a solid kick from the front but just felt the pinch late. Front end control, he’ll be around the mark I’m sure.

4 Happy Alliance (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is a son of All Too Hard that is on debut. He has had extensive trial work to get ready for start one and hasn’t been too bad for the most part so I’d say watch betting and see what it does.

3 Daily Trophy (Bet Now:  $SP.00) seems the most obvious. He ran over this track/distance several weeks ago when off speed and kept chasing with purpose in a pretty good effort in defeat. If he can overcome the tricky draw, I dare say he’ll take beating.

12 Notthesillyone (Bet Now:  $SP.00) should be better for the first up run, which came at this track/distance when attempting to lead throughout and he gave a decent sight but just felt the pinch late. Fitter, good racing style, he’s dangerous.

1 Rainbow Warrior (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is a son of Time Test that is on debut for Douglas Whyte. He has had extensive trial work to get ready for start one, and for the most part hasn’t been too bad so I’d say watch the market and see what it does.

3 The Heir (Bet Now:  $SP.00) doesn’t have the best of racing patterns but I’d say he is almost in career best form. His last couple of runs have come at this track/distance, winning two back before an eye catching effort last start. If he’s within range, he’s got the finale to overhaul them.

12 Winning Machine (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is third up from a spell and should be at peak fitness. Both runs back have come at this track/distance where he has been solid without jumping up and down. Hard fit, can settle closer, he’s in the mix.

8 Superb Guy (Bet Now:  $SP.00) was 1000m to 1400m when racing here several weeks back. He got off speed snd just whacked in the run to the line but now he has that 1400m run under the belt, it should hold him in good stead.

2 Wave Garden (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is worth a throw at the stumps here. He resumes for Jimmy Ting and while he didn’t set the world on fire when last in work, I was take by a recent trial of his. This isn’t a deep race so IMO he doesn’t need to be anything special to measure up.

6 Oldtown (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is a son of Territories that resumes. He was lightly raced when last in work but didn’t move too bad I thought and he looks to have trialled well for the return. The good lead for him and his fans is that Purton is booked.

4 Jubilant Star (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is a son of All Too Hard that debuts for David Hall. He has had extensive trial work to get ready for start one and for the most part has moved well. Maps to do no work, he could fill a first four spot at odds.

1 Glorious Success (Bet Now:  $SP.00) looks the winner if he can reproduce his first up run, which came over the mile on the dirt here. He got a mile back in the run but liked the way he closed his race off in defeat behind Mojave Desert. If he’s within range 400m out, I think good luck beating him.

8 Happy Universe (Bet Now:  $SP.00) should be better for the first up run, which came a few weeks ago at this track/distance. He got into a decent spot off speed and tried hard but just couldn’t quite get there when third. He’s a key threat.

9 Dashing Dragon (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is several weeks between runs since racing over 1400m here when first up. He got a fair way out of his ground but didn’t mind the way he finished his race off in defeat. Likely spots them a start again but should be strong at the end.

1 Power Koepp (Bet Now:  $SP.00) each way for me in what looks an open contest. He resumed several weeks ago at Happy Valley where he got back to near last in the run and did make up good ground but was never really threatening. Bigger track, fitter, he’ll do me each way.

3 Super Strong Kid (Bet Now:  $SP.00) steps up to 1200m after a first up win down the straight here over 1000m. He was near the speed and was there to be beaten but he found under pressure to fend them off. Good upside and Purton on, he appeals.

6 Bigtime Generation (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is an interesting runner. Former Kiwi that makes his Hong Kong debut off the back of extensive trial work, where he hasn’t been too bad to my eye. One to be entertained for exotics.

6 Mr Energia (Bet Now:  $SP.00) should take a power of beating here after a first up second at this track/distance a few weeks ago when off speed and chased strongly in the straight when second to Packing Bole. Better for the run, can settle closer…one of the better bets on the program.

7 New Forest (Bet Now:  $SP.00) comes back to 1200m for Mark Newnham after attempting to lead throughout fresh over the mile here. He gave a decent sight from the front but had no answers late for Mojave Desert. He’ll be strong late and has a good racing style.

11 Blazing Wind (Bet Now:  $SP.00) was a solid all the way winner when first up at this track/distance. Credit to him, he was there to be beaten but he found under pressure to score. Harder here but does have a good racing style.

10 Sky Trust (Bet Now:  $SP.00) looks hard to beat after a first up track/distance win where he seemed to appreciate the little bit of juice in the track and made a mess of them. Confident he can measure up against these.

2 Tomodachi Kokoroe (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is a few weeks between runs since an impressive first up win at this track/distance when producing nice change up speed to get the job done. Tricky draw to overcome but hard to ignore off the return.

8 Wonder Kit (Bet Now:  $SP.00) comes back to 1200m after a couple of runs at 1400m where he hasn’t quite set the world on fire. He appears suited back to 1200m and does get in very well after the claim. Dangerous at odds.

13 The Red Hare (Bet Now:  $SP.00) will do me each way in the get out. He resumed over 1200m here a few weeks ago where he got back to near last in the run but really liked the way he finished his race off in defeat behind Sky Trust. Fitter and up in trip, can settle much closer in the run, he’ll only run well IMO.

1 Juneau Pride (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is a Pride Of Dubai gelding that resumes for John Size. He did some nice things when last in work, showcasing decent ability and built up a decent overall record. He looks to have trialled up well for the return and despite the wide draw, he commands respect.

2 Sky Heart (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is a Casper Fownes trained gelding that resumes. He is first up, having not raced since April 30 when attempting to lead throughout over the mile at Happy Valley but just whacked late. Trialled super and stable has done well with their first up runners this season.

NEXT BEST: Race Four Number 3 The Heir

LONG SHOT: Race Ten Number 13 The Red Hare
