The second seven-figure colt of the opening day of the Magic Millions sale was secured late on Tuesday when an Extreme Choice colt out of former top-class I Am Invincible filly Dame Giselle was knocked down for $1.2 million.
Bred by China Horse Club and offered through the draft of its Southern Highlands-based farm The Chase, the colt was purchased by the Waller Racing and Mulcaster Bloodstock team.
Leading trainer Chris @cwallerracing and bloodstock agent @MulcasterBS secured one of today’s star colts – the Extreme Choice yearling from Dame Giselle. It took $1.2 million to secure him from the draft of The Chase @Chinahorseclub. #MMGC2026 pic.twitter.com/XErxVBF5Fg

โWeโre pretty happy with that colt, he looked sharp and heโs got a beautiful family,โ Guy Mulcaster said.
โWe looked at him two days ago with Chris and he said they all run out of that family and that was good enough for me.
โI thought weโd be hard enough to beat and we didnโt let on too much what we were up to, so we probably got him at the right odds.
โHe looks a beautiful horse and letโs hope heโs back here next year.โ
The colt is the third foal of Dame Giselle, who won four Group races and more than $1.3 million in prizemoney, including a Group 1 placing in the ATC Coolmore Classic.
Dame Giselle, who is closely related to Group 1 winner Ulanova, has a Snitzel colt to follow and was subsequently covered by Zoustar.
Her first two foals, fillies by Exceed And Excel and Snitzel, were sold for $1 million and $725,000 respectively, however neither has raced or trialled to date.
