Terry Robinson is looking forward to finally seeing And There Is More race after injury prevented the mare from cashing in as a three-year-old for her new trainer.

The NSW South Coast-based Robinson had hoped to run And There Is More in a BOBS race after she was transferred from Canberra’s Keith Dryden and Scott Collings, but a muscle issue delayed plans until Saturday’s Highway Handicap (1100m) at Rosehill.

And There Is More changed stables in February after she recorded two wins and three placings from nine starts, and although she was largely an unknown quantity for Robinson he is encouraged by her form and video.

“She goes good. It’s a competitive field but she goes all right,” Robinson said.

And There Is More finished eighth of 13 at Randwick in January behind winner Super Star Bob.

“She just had no luck in the running,” Robinson said.

“Unfortunately she hasn’t drawn a real nice gate. We’ll maybe need a bit of luck from there (10).

“I just hope there’s plenty of speed in the race and if there is I think she’ll acquit herself well.”

Robinson, who has won five Highway races for country-trained horses, has not had a runner in the popular concept since Grand Rouge finished fourth at Randwick in February.

If And There I More performed to expectations on Saturday she would return for a Class Three Highway at Rosehill on August 26.

And There Is More, who will carry second top weight of 58.5kg, was a $12.50 chance with the TAB on Thursday.

Prolific Highway winner Matthew Dunn was favoured to add to his haul with Lifesaver, the $4.80 favourite.
