The Australian Turf Club is in the early phase of planning for the introduction of night racing at Sydneys premier racecourse Randwick.
The ATC night meetings will be race at Randwick between the months of October-April.
The races will be run between 6pm and 10pm with as many as 16 night meetings hosted each racing season.
