The Group One Queensland Derby was marred by the fall of Lord Arthur in the straight with Corey Brown taken to hospital.
Corey Brown was riding Lord Arthur when the horse fell in the straight and has been taken to hospital following the race with reports he is conscious he was booked to ride Tom Melbourne in Stradbroke Handicap and Red Alto in Brisbane Cup.
Unfortunately Lord Arthur had to be euthanised on course.
