Nature Strip set to tackle She Will Reign

Exciting sprinter Nature Strip is set to take on his biggest challenge yet with the three-year-old set to meet dual Group One winner She Will Reign in the Inglis Sprint at Warwick Farm next month.

Nature Strip is coming off a hard-fought victory in the $250,000 Inglis Dash at Flemington on Saturday.

The Group Two Rubiton Stakes was likely going to be the next target for Nature Strip, however reports this morning suggest the boom horse will instead head to Sydney before possibly looking at options in Adelaide.

It now also appears unlikely that Nature Strip will contest the Group One Oakleigh Plate with connections keen to keep Nature Strip racing again his own age this preparation.

Trainer Gary Portelli will give She Will Reign a race day gallop ahead of her return in the $250,000 Inglis Sprint.
