David Eustace, formerly partnered with Australia’s leading trainer Ciaron Maher, is embarking on a new journey as a trainer in Hong Kong.
Amidst a global tour, Eustace recently attended Melbourne’s Inglis Premier Yearling Sale, reconnecting with clients and friends.
While not actively purchasing this year, Eustace values the opportunity to engage with Hong Kong buyers and clients, laying the groundwork for the upcoming season in September.
Reflecting on his venture into Hong Kong racing, Eustace expresses excitement and gratitude for the warm reception from the Jockey Club.
With the training debut slated for June, Eustace relishes the chance to build momentum for the new endeavour.
Despite the time difference, Eustace found joy in Southport Tycoon’s Australian Guineas victory, alongside other notable successes, emphasising the thrill of witnessing his former partners and associates excel in the racing world.
