Hong Kong billionaire Tony Fung has placed another of his Gold Coast hinterland thoroughbred properties on the market, with part of the Aquis Farm portfolio now being offered for sale.
The 33.67-hectare Hinterland Farm, located near Canungra, has been listed through Landsec as Fung continues to reshape his extensive property holdings in the region.
The property has operated as a pre-training facility and boasts an extensive range of equine infrastructure designed to accommodate high-performance racehorses.
Among its key features are a 2000-metre grass training track, a 1900-metre sand track, multiple stable complexes, horse walkers, a swimming pool, treadmill, offices, machinery sheds, staff accommodation and numerous paddocks.
The holding also benefits from a 32-hectare irrigation licence, direct creek access and established irrigation systems servicing both the training tracks and surrounding paddocks.
The listing represents the latest move involving Fung’s Aquis Farm assets, which have played a significant role in Queensland’s thoroughbred breeding and training industry.
