ATC loses major sponsor

The ATC will be looking for a new sponsor for two of the Autumn Carnivals biggest races in the way of the Australian Derby and Tancred Stakes as BMW deal ends.

BMW has decided not to renew their sponsorship deal with the ATC which gave naming rights for the G1’s Australian Derby and Tancred Stakes as well as signage at Rosehill and Randwick which will be removed today.

The sponsorship deal finished last month although the ATC had hopes of the deal to be renewed.

Melbourne Racing Club announced that BMW will continue to sponsor the Caulfield Cup.
