Yulong has confirmed Angel Capital as its Everest runner in 2026, with the last-start Sir Rupert Clarke Stakes winner the final horse to be locked in for the $20 million race.
In a race expected to be dominated by Ka Ying Rising ($1.30) and rising star Tempted ($5), the only two runners in the field of 12 at single-figure odds, slot-holders have committed to the race with their chosen horses after days, weeks and, in some cases, months of negotiations.
Yulong was the last slot-holder to make its announcement.
