The Darren Weir trained Akzar has died after a colic attack
Warrnambool Cup winner and crowd favourite Akazar has died following a bout of colic.
Akzar who was trained by Darren Weir had career earnings of over $600,000 in his 50 career starts with the most notable being a six length demolition in the 2014 Warrnambool Cup which was also his last win.
