New South Wales country star Aaron Bullock is one of the in-from jockeys in the country at the moment, riding winners in 1 in 4 starts and finding himself in the money more than 50% of the time.
The 27 year-old has already accumulated 60 winners to his name for season 2017-18, finding himself just outside the top 20 nationally and close to the countryโs top country jock.
2018 is shaping up as the most successful year to date for Bullock, already with 25 wins and 36 minor places from 110 starts, finding dividends for punters almost 60% of the time.
Though proving that country and provincial tracks are his stomping ground, the emerging star has a future in town after a recent win at Royal Randwick, as well as rides at Hawkesbury, Gosford and Newcastle.
Punters will have a good chance to see what all the fuss is about in upcoming days as Bullock is locked in for rides at Muswellbrook, Wyong and Wagga including 5 for trainer Kris Lees, with one of New South Wales racingโs most prolific trainer-jockey partnerships on show. Of 60 winners for Aaron Bullock this season, 30 of them have come for trainer Lees, with Bullock winning at an outrageous strike rate of 31% for the stable, placing at close to 70%.
The king of the country has also delivered regularly at the Taree track, riding 13 winners from 37 starts here at 35%, which is almost as impressive as his record at Scone, which stands at 9 wins and 5 places from 20 starts, striking at an incredible 45%.
