Star Hong Kong galloper Pakistan Star who is known for his barnstorming finishes has refused to race as the $1.20 favourite.
Pakistan Star jumped as the $1.20 short priced favourite and was slow into stride and was hard ridden by Joao Moreira before coming to a walk about 200m into the race.

Pakistan Star finished the race against his wishes and officially came in fifth in the small field of five runners.
