Winx has tightened even further to win Saturday’s Group 1 Turnbull Stakes at Flemington.
“Throughout the early part of the week Winx was $1.20 with several big bets at that quote, but following final field she has firmed into $1.15,” TAB’s Nick Quinn said.
Winx, who won at $1.20 in last year’s race, will have nine rivals in the Turnbull.
Following the Turnbull Stakes, Winx’s attention will turn to winning a historic fourth Cox Plate on October 27, where she is $1.30 with TAB to win.
