Punters haven’t eased up on backing Winx despite what is likely to be a heavy track for her run in the Group One George Ryder Stakes with massive bets taken on her overnight and into the race morning.
The TAB has reported a further three massive bets on the Champion mare including the largest single bet they have taken so far of $259,000 at $1.06.
the biggest bet across the board of bookmakers in Australia has been a single $310,000 bet Ladbrokes has reported which was taken on Friday.
Winx is set to start at the shortest price she has ever jumped at with bookmakers holding more money on her than any other time she has raced.
