Another One has opened favourite at Wagga for Saturday’s feature at $3.60 and is aiming to go back-to-back in the race, having taken it out 12 months ago in the lead-up to finishing second behind Art Cadeau in the Final.
The Gary Colvin-trained galloper attracted a bet of $1,000 @ $3.60 within seconds of the market opening and is a clear top pick in front of Tap N Run ($7) and Blitzar ($8).
The following day at Taree, Chase My Crown ($4.20) opened $4 favourite but has eased out slightly as support has come for Imatruestar ($6-$5), which is now equal on the second line of betting with Markwell Dreamer.
One customer has outlaid $1,500 x $1,000 e/w @ $6/$2.20 on Imatruestar.
