Hawkesbury Cup winner Kirwan’s Lane heads the Ladbrokes.com.au market for the feature race at Scone on Friday, the Scone Cup (1600m).
The John O’Shea trained gelding was dominant at Hawkesbury last time, lapping up wet conditions. Track will be on the firmer side but that shouldn’t be an issue. In a wide open race, he’s heading betting at $6.
He sits alongside Dr Drill, a previous winner of the race. Rustic Steel, winner of The Coast last Saturday, is also at $6. Art Cadeau isn’t far away at $9.
