Punters heavily backed one at odds to win the Pakenham Cup

Milford heads the Ladbrokes.com.au market for the feature race at Pakenham this afternoon, the Pakenham Cup (2500m).

The Mike Moroney trained gelding was a strong winner last Saturday at Caulfield in the Eclipse (1800m) and despite a rise to 2500m in a week, he finds a winnable race and the market agrees, having him as a $4.20 favourite, in from $6.50, keeping in mind some of that movement is due to deductions.

Kissinger, who won over the trip on Cranbourne Cup Day, is at $4.80 on the second line of betting and has been rock solid since the market opened on Wednesday. Wyclif is next best at $5.50.
