Punters are having a tough time trying to work out today’s $3.5m Golden Slipper with multiple horses being backed.
Cosmic Force holds favouritism for the race and has been well supported since the barrier draw although not all punters are sold on the colt with multiple horses backed to beat the emphatic Pago Pago winner.
Tenley has had good support on race day with the Godolphin filly shortening from $6 into $5 with good money coming for her too beat the favourite whilst stablemate Microphone has also been well supported after drifting early in markets and now sits at $6.
Early favourite Yes Yes Yes however has been unwanted since drawing the car park and is now out to $8.50 and still on the ease.
There is plenty of value in the wide open field and there has been solid support for a few at odds including Time to Reign who has received a few big bets, Pin Sec who is rock solid at the $17 mark and Anaheed who has shortened from $26 into $19.
Of the rest Catch Me has received a few smaller each way bets and Exhilarates and Loving Gaby have had their admirers.
