Over The Odds 7/12/2024 – Saturday’s Horse Racing Value Tips and Bets

Ladbrokes have got their markets out for racing this Saturday, and we have tried to find four runners that appears overs in betting.

Rosehill Race Six Number 2 Claim The Crown ($9.50):

Claim The Crown is three weeks between runs for Neasham/Archibald since contesting the Country Final at Caulfield where she got a decent run in transit and loomed large to win but just couldn’t quite finish the job when fourth to Torranzino. Has that 2000m run under the belt, which should hold him in good stead.

Rosehill Race Seven Number 5 Captain Amelia ($12):

Captain Amelia has returned in just about career best form and is one of the leading contender. She was very good but just ran out of condition fresh on the Kenso before going to the lights at Canterbury where she gave them a start and a beating in an electric performance. Hard fit now, she’ll be strong late and has change up speed.

Rosehill Race Eight Number 10 Bojangles ($10):

Bojangles looks on track for a return to the winners list. I thought he was very good two weeks ago at Kembla, getting a mile out of his ground but his finale was quite strong in defeat behind tough on speed winner The Novelist. Can settle much closer and hard fit now, he appeals.

Rosehill Race Nine Number 10 Dollar Magic ($8.50):

Dollar Magic is a ripping mare for Scott Singleton that commands some level of respect. She is five weeks between runs since racing at this track/distance when off the speed and kept chasing but she was held late but far from disgraced behind Tristate. Tick over trial was sharp and finds a winnable race.
