Bendigo Race Two Number 5 Stylish Miss ($26):
Darren Weir trained mare who resumed at Ladbrokes Park where she sat wide no cover for the trip yet worked home well for fifth. Harder here yes, but she has gate one, Brad Rawiller rides and there has been support.
Rosehill Race One Number 10 Blendwell ($19):
This Peter Moody trained mare opened $26, and I am not surprised she has firmed. Her run in the Aspiration was very good. The key to her here is the chance of a wet track, which she grows a leg on. Still at $19, she looks good overs.
Doomben Race Three Number 11 Warerfront ($13):
This mare wasn’t too bad I thought at this track/distance last time out in a similar. Remains rights down in the weights, Appo rides, draws well…I’ve seen worse $13 shots.
Morphettville Parks Race Three Number 1 Loncava ($10):
Handy stayer for Tony McEvoy who ran over the mile on the course proper a fortnight back and stuck to his guns alright I thought when running seventh to Beau’s My Boy. Fitter, up in trip and can run a much better race at odds.
