Punters have waited until race day to stage a betting plunge on the $5m Golden Slipper at Rosehill for two-year-olds.
The Anthony Cummings trained She’s Extreme has been subject to heavy support in lead up to the feature race on a quality packed card at Rosehill with the fillies early odds of $9.00 now slashed into $5.00 and looks like she will battle Coolangatta for favouritism if the support continues.
She’s Extreme won the Magic Night Stakes impressively at her start on a heavy track and she will get similar conditions today prompting punters to bet against the favourite who is unknown on a wet track.
The money has seen Coolangatta drfit slightly from $4.40 this morning out to $4.60.
There has been good specking in the market for a handful of other horses at odds as the market suggests it has become a wide open race on a heavy track.
