The Dark Jewel Classic (1400m) at Scone this Saturday looks a lottery on paper and that is reflected in the Ladbrokes.com.au market for the feature race for the Mares.
It is quite wide open on paper but there is good class to the race, including favourite Never Talk, who is at $6. Brookspire is next best at $7, a half point clear of the freshened up Le Gai Soleil.
Fashchanel has had specking at odds, in a half point from $10. Cliff’s Art has had a couple of each way bets roll in, now into $19 from $31.
