Bookie gets first starters odds horribly wrong

Online bookmaker Sportsbet.com.au has gotten the odds horribly wrong in a maiden at Geelong on Friday with a runner they put up at $5.00 slashed into the odds on favourite.

Team Freedman first starter Piccadillies was opened at $5.00 before punters were quick to swoop smashing the first starts odds into her current price of $1.75.

Piccadillies was heavily backed at Moonee Valley on the weekend firming from $11 into favouritism before she was subsequently scratched from the race.
