New Zealand jockey Rosie Myers is in an induced coma in the ICU at Wellington Hospital after suffering a fall at Foxton trials this morning.
Rosie Myers suffered a fall in one of the trials at Foxton this morning and was rushed to Wellington Hospital where she is in the ICU in an induced coma.
Reports from Rosie’s husband are that she has broken bones in her face and was put into an induced coma on course as she suffered a head injury.
Doctors are confident she won’t need surgery but will know more in the next 12 hours.
