Royal Rapture has been flying of late and punters think he can continue his winning streak
Royal Rapture has been one of the form gallopers in Melbourne during the Winter/Spring, and Sportsbet.com.au punters believe that picket fence will continue when he steps up in the Toorak Handicap (1600m) this Saturday at Caulfield.
The Darren Weir trained veteran ran over 1700m at the track last time out and chased hard down the straight to wear down Mihany. The form around him reads very well, with the likes of De Little Engine, Tally, Maurus and Zanteca all running well last weekend, so it’s no surprise to see him firm to $8.50 after opening $14.
He’s Our Rokkii, a most impressive winner of two from two this prep, opened $4.20 and has been crunched in to $2.90 following the scratching of Tosen Stardom.
