Golden Slipper winner Pierro and Black Caviar’s little brother All Too Hard will clash for the first time in Saturday’s Group One Sires’ Produce Stakes at Randwick.
The race attracted a small but elite field of seven with Pierro and All Too Hard drawing alongside one another in barriers two and three respectively.
Team Hawkes, which trains All Too Hard, elected not to run him in last weekend’s Golden Slipper in preference for Saturday’s 1400m assignment.
Rain Affair will have just five rivals in the Group One TJ Smith Stakes (1200m) with connections of unbeaten filly Atlantic Jewel bypassing the sprint in favour of the Sapphire Stakes against her own sex.
The Joe Pride-trained Rain Affair has drawn the outside in the TJ Smith with stablemate Neeson in five.
Last-start Group One winner Foxwedge has barrier three.
