3 Napoleonic (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is a O’Shea/Charlton trained colt that resumes after a two run Autumn prep to start his career where he was solid for the most part, his second start being a runner up effort at Newcastle. Trialled well and good lead that J Mac is booked.

9 Miles Of Glory (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is a daughter of I Am Invincible that resumes for Michael Freedman. She is first up, She debuted over 1200m at Kembla on May 17 when off speed and chased strongly in the straight in a good effort when fourth. Looks to have trialled nicely, she’s a threat.

7 Don’t Tell Pony (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is one to watch from a betting perspective. Brad Widdup trained filly that is on debut off the back trial work which has been solid without jumping up and down. Bred to appreciate further, but maps to do no work. Watch betting.

Was hoping that would miss 2 The Bentley (Bet Now:  $SP.00) but he is hard in the market and understandably so. He brings with him some strong form lines and despite being first up, his trial, he seemed to move really nicely and fresh at 1350m signals clear intent even though in the back of my mind he is trained at Newcastle and their Carnival is a couple of weeks away.

1 King Nic (Bet Now:  $SP.00) should be better for the first up run, which came at Moruya where he got back in the run and made up decent headway late when second. Fitter and up to 1350m, he’ll take beating.

6 Miss Peony (Bet Now:  $SP.00) should appreciate firmer footing after racing over 1400m at Newcastle on a bog where she struggled to pick her feet up late in the piece. Debut run was solid, I am not penning her.

1 Atelier (Bet Now:  $SP.00) looks the straight bat play for Team Archibald after her return at Goulburn where she seemed to have her chance when second but I do think on top of the ground will suit her better and with the claim, she looks really well in here.

9 Azarax (Bet Now:  $SP.00) has been given a mini freshen up since a debut win over 1300m here, getting better as the race went on to score. Tick over trial was pretty good and he has all the upside in the world.

3 Like Lukey… (Bet Now:  $SP.00) would love to have her on top but I just feel this could be a prep run for Newcastle. Kris Lees trained mare that resumes and loved her recent trial. Just not sure if Wyong will suit her but she’s a must for exotics.

I think 3 Zounaka (Bet Now:  $SP.00) can resume a winner for John Thompson. She hasn’t raced since the Autumn when down the track but far from disgraced in the Canberra Guineas. Looks to have trialled well for the return and maps to get a perfect run in transit.

6 Leading Impact (Bet Now:  $SP.00) comes here with fresh legs for Tommy Wong, having not raced since July 27 when an impressive maiden winner at Muswellbrook, leading throughout and giving nothing else a look in. Good test here but think he can measure up with his racing style.

9 Echelon (Bet Now:  $SP.00) comes back to 1100m after sitting on speed at Scone over 1200m last start and was quite game in defeat I thought behind Nova Centauri, who ran really well last Saturday in the Highway so the form reads well. One for exotics.

10 Cool Lad (Bet Now:  $SP.00) looks the best each way bet on the card. Matty Smith trained gelding that hasn’t been racing too bad this time in but has been plagued by wet tracks. He’ll get a firmer surface this time around and maps to get a lovely run in transit. He’ll do me each way.

5 Bodhi Boy (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is on the quick back up after racing last Wednesday on the Kenso at Randwick when near the speed and tried hard but had no answers late for Noble Soldier. Good racing style, firmer footing, claim, he appeals.

9 Manage The Cycle (Bet Now:  $SP.00) doesn’t have the best of racing patterns, especially for Wyong, but he does have a big finish on him. Just got too far back at Scone last start but was good late. He’ll launch late.

Back on firmer footing, I want to give 4 Saltcoats (Bet Now:  $SP.00) another chance. To the eye, he was poor in the Premiers Cup but I just think he didn’t handle the wet track as opposed to the Kenso the week before. Dry track here, J Mac on, the intent is there to say he’ll bounce back.

1 Alalcance (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is an interesting runner. GaiBott trained stayer that resumes after an Autumn prep which was quite fruitful but ended with a tiring down the track run in the Sydney Cup. Trials have been so so, so watch betting, but she has class.

5 Glory Daze (Bet Now:  $SP.00) comes through the Premiers Cup Prelude on the Kenso when on speed throughout and he tried hard but was clearly no match late in the piece for impressive winner Saltcoats. Like him back up in trip, good racing style, he’ll take running down.

2 Just Feelin Lucky (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is a Michael Freedman trained mare that resumes. She resumed in the Show County where she just found the track too wet and was never threatening. Trialled super leading in so she deserves another look.

7 Snow In May (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is class mare that is first up. O’Shea/Chartlon trained four year old that hasn’t raced since the James Carr during the Sydney Autumn when far from disgraced in defeat behind Lilac. Good fresh, trials have been strong and J Mac rides.

6 Sakti (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is a former Irish mare that resumes for Price/Kent. She had two runs in the Autumn to start her career down under and wasn’t too bad for the most part. Given a good break and her trial work has been encouraging so watch the market.
