2 Amizetta (Bet Now:  $SP.00) does look to pick herself. Symon Wilde trained mare that comes here off the back of a win at Sandown when leading throughout and she gave nothing else a look in to win quite impressively. Looks to get front end control here and the extra 100m should be no issue.

5 Girls Girls Girls (Bet Now:  $SP.00) looks suited at 2500m after racing over 2000m at Warrnambool when getting a suck run in transit just off the speed before angling clear and she loomed to win but just couldn’t quite see it through when a close up third. Has run well at 2400m so 2500m is fine and is a key threat.

1 Vegas Knight (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is one for wider exotics. He ran two weeks back over 2000m here when off speed and was never really a threat, being one paced in the run to the line. Not sure he’s going well enough to win but can run first four at a decent price.

2 Meisho (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is a Busuttin/Young trained filly that resumes. This girl is first up, having not raced since Nov 20 at Caulfield Heath when kicking up to lead and agve a strong kick but just couldn’t quite see it through when run down late. Given a good break and her jumpout work has been strong.

3 Petit Artiste (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is a key chance. She ran over 1000m at Sandown last time out when near the speed and tried hard but just couldn’t quite finish her race off when third to No Limitation. This isn’t a deep Stakes race so she commands respect for mine.

4 Kisses Forever (Bet Now:  $SP.00) will jump on the bunny and look to give her all, as seen three weeks back on the Parks track. She gave a strong kick from the front and tried hard but just couldn’t quite see it through when third. With that racing style, she’ll give herself every chance.

7 Zanthron (Bet Now:  $SP.00) will jump on the bunny and look to give his all. That was the case two weeks ago here when attempting to lead throughout and he gave a strong kick from the front but just couldn’t quite see it through, run down late by a nice horse Watchme Win. Good racing style, he’ll be around the mark.

11 Declared (Bet Now:  $SP.00) will jump on the bunny and run an honest race, as seen a fortnight back over 1200m here when attempting to lead throughout and he gave a strong kick from the front but just couldn’t quite see it through, run down late by Star Sirius. Like him back in trip and will run an honest race.

14 Eroica (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is a mare who has an engine under the hood. She was a strong winner at Murray Bridge two back before racing here when off speed and spotted those in front a start but I liked the way she finished her race off. If she can settle closer, she’s dangerous.

15 Pacific Jewel (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is an in form mare for Bain/Taylor and it’s hard to get away from her. She has won her past two, winning two back at Naracoorte in a maiden win before a strong win a few weeks ago here. Hard to knock the way she’s racing and is the one to beat.

10 Spirit Of Camelot (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is third up from a spell and should just about be at peak fitness. She ran over 1500m here a fortnight back where she loomed to win from just off the speed but couldn’t quite get there when second to Sparkup. Ridden with intent I reckon from the gate, she takes beating.

1 Brave Star (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is third up from a spell and should just about be at peak fitness. He ran over 1500m here a fortnight back when just off the speed, in a decent spot, and tried hard, but just lacked the change up speed to finish the job behind Sparkup. Hard fit, and I think a more patient steer, he can win.

8 Kuroyanagi (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is one of the interesting runners in this race. Clarken/O’Shea trained filly that resumes, having not raced since The Vanity when too bad to be true behind Zeitung on Derby Day. She has an engine under the hood and her best can see her launch late.

1 Reserve Bank (Bet Now:  $SP.00) has class on his side and that is going to carry him a long way. He comes through the William Reid where he was no chance with the way the track played but he was far from disgraced in defeat behind Schwarz. He is the class and if he holds his form, he clearly takes beating.

12 Out Of Square (Bet Now:  $SP.00) landed good bets when a winner here a fortnight back. She was right down in the weights, got the right run in transit and finished best to win and win well. She has come back in really good order and has earned a crack at this sort of race.

I think 3 Rolls (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is getting ready for Warrnambool again. But, I thought he moved very well in a recent jumpout at Ararat, notably with trainer Patty Bell on board, who isn’t exactly a lightweight rider. He was third up when contesting this race last year, so the fact he is first up here, and I dare being aimed towards Warrnambool again, I am thinking he’s forward enough to run well fresh here

8 Bakeel (Bet Now:  $SP.00) has earned a crack at this race sort of race for Bain/Taylor. 3/3 since arriving from Singapore, the latest being three weeks ago on the Parks track where he had to knuckle down late but in the end, class came to the fore and he was too good. 1500m is fine and IMO is hard to beat.

10 Boognish (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is dangerous at 1500m I feel. She ran behind Aviatress a fortnight back in the Matrice when near last in the run and while she was never a winning threat, she kept finding the line and was good in defeat. If she’s within range, she has the finale to be dangerous.

9 Aviatress (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is a ripping mare who should improve off the first up win in the Matrice. She got into a gun spot just off the speed before angling wider for clear air and she let down with purpose late to win and win well. Back in trip no issue and will take beating.

7 Asfoora (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is a star mare for Henry Dwyer that resumes. She had a fab 2024 prep, highlighted of course by her outstanding win in the King’s Stand at Royal Ascot. Likely has eyes on heading there again and her jumpout work to get ready has been very good. Class carries her a long way.

2 Sir Sway (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is hard to beat. He ran two weeks ago in the Matrice when on speed and he was as game as ever in defeat but was no match late for a class mare, Aviatress. Back to 1100m looks ideal, good racing style, he’s one of the hardest to beat now he’s hard fit.

15 Pelevecchio (Bet Now:  $SP.00) should eat up 1800m. I was keen on her at odds in the Clare Lindop two weesk ago but she got too far back in the run and was forced quite wide on the turn but gee you had to like the way she finished her race off, really catching the eye. If she’s within range, I think she has the finale to win.

1 Comanche Miss (Bet Now:  $SP.00) has found winning form and she can certainly go on with it. That win came in the Clare Lindop. She had the right run in transit but gee she was strong late and impressive in the run to the line. 1800m is no issue and is hard to beat.

10 Navy Heart (Bet Now:  $SP.00) should appreciate a rise to 1800m after racing three weeks ago in the Alexandra at The Valley where the track pattern was against her but didn’t mind the way she finished her race off in defeat. Maps to get a suck run and be effective late.

1 Athanatos (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is flying for Phillip Stokes and should take beating now he’s found positive form. He won two weeks back at Flemington where he didn’t beat a great deal but the manner in which he put them away was impressive. He’s found winning form, he can go on with it.

3 Dubai Focus (Bet Now:  $SP.00) has to be given another chance. I reckon if Stubby had his time again on the horse two weeks ago, he rides the horse with a bit more intent instead of walking them in front, which allowed others in behind to outsprint him. I think 1800m is no issue, good racing style…hopefully can get rolling earlier vs walking in front.

5 Darknconfidential (Bet Now:  $SP.00) was the big winner of the slow tempo when winning a fortnight back, being able to amble up to the leaders on the turn and was just too tough in the run to the line, having full momentum. 1800m should be fine and is one of the key chances.
