EliteBet Review
EliteBet has been around for a decade and with a focus on racing, they are an online wagering operator that should be looked at if you’re a punter looking to sign up for a new account.
Daniel Paolini is the founder of EliteBet and they have been in operation since 2012. They base themelves at Rosehill, so it’s very much horse racing focused and the website confirms that with very strong markets all three codes, both for Australian racing and overseas.
Majority of online bookies have popped up over the last 12 months and some have no idea what they are doing whereas EliteBet has experience, runs on the board, skin in the game and are respected in the racing industry so they should be given consderation if wanting to sign up.
The website is slick and anything you want is just a click away, whether it’s racing or sports, with the menu on the left, with the next to race/jump markets for both racing and sports are provided in the middle, while another interesting component is ‘Hot Bets’ with the website showing viewers racing/sports experts and what races they are betting in, with a small fee to pay to see the tip.
The website has a yellow and black focus, so it makes it easy to read and see for punters, something that some websites are lacking, so in terms of layout, they are quite good. Other websites, the colours can be quite dark and for those that may not have the best of eye sight, it can be challenging, so EliteBet get a tick in that regard.
The racing markets are strong. The sporting ranks, as a whole, are poor. Very limited sports that have markets available, though they do have the main sports covered ie AFL, NRL and NBA. Their racing prices compare very well with the big boys like the TAB and Sportsbet, but their sporting markets need to improve big time. The line betting and their odds in that area are on the thin side, mainly sitting at $1.85, whereas other bookies can have offer $1.87+.
The horse racing side of things is excellent, and given they are based at Rosehill, that’s understandable The fixed odds markets across and Australia and overseas are strong and in some cases, are market leaders for value. The EliteBet team have great experience in racing and their markets confirm that, which I think is the highlight of what they offer.
Should I Bet with EliteBet?
Overall EliteBet really does not offer punters anything more than bookies such as Neds / Ladbrokes or betr who we would definitely recommend punters bet with instead but if you are looking for a new bookie we would recommend swiftbet, Palmerbet or PlayUp.
Online bookmaker Unibet are also offering a $200 matched bet when you sign-up so make sure you check them out.

No. EliteBet do not offer new customers a sign-up bonus. New legislation prevents bookmakers giving new customers incentives but that does not mean you should not bet with EliteBet.
