Booki Review
Booki is one of the lesser known wagering operators in Australia, but what they lack in popularity, they do make up for it with quality and is one to have a try if you are sick and tired of the BetMakers pop up online bookies.
They launched late last year and a quick look at their website tells me they are a bookie that should be more well known because it looks a pretty strong and impressive set up.
Like most websites, they have the three panel format of menu on the left, markets in the middle and betslip on the right, so whatever you want to look for, it’s right there on one page and just a click away.
They have a wide range of markets across racing and sports, both in Australia and overseas. One thing that I have noticed when looking is that their fixed odds prices on races compare very well with the bigger boys, some of their prices actually leading the market place, which is a big tick.
One thing that has impressed me is their sporting markets. I’ll use the upcoming NRL Grand Final between the Panthers and Eels as an example. Majority of bookmakers that use the BetMakers technology, they’d have anywhere between 10-30 markets for the game. Big boys like Sportsbet and TAB have around 150 markets on offer. Booki, a lesser known waging operator that’s relatively new, has 101 markets available for the Grand Final, and given they have promotions involving multis, same game multis, that’s a big, big tick compared to their rivals.

The racing markets cover a stack of meetings, while the sporting markets are strong as well. They don’t just focus on the main ones ie AFL, NRL, NBA, they cover a wide range of sports which can be seen from the likes of those mentioned above, which is another reason why I am surprised how little they are known and how they hardly promote themselves.
The website is slick, with the font and titles standing out with their black and white, with a tinge of green. They also have an app and it’s also sharp, something that some of the BetMakers wagering operators are seriously lacking.

The customer service is very good. They have phone contact, email and live chat, well as phone betting. The live chat is responded in fast time, the customer service on the phone is good, and that is a positive given most other online bookies don’t have a phone number. The only negative in regards to betting on the phone is that the maximum you can bet is $50. But, it’s better than nothing.
Should I Bet with Booki?
Overall Booki really does not offer punters anything more than bookies such as Neds /Β Ladbrokes or betr who we would definitely recommend punters bet with instead but if you are looking for a new bookie we would recommend swiftbet, PalmerbetΒ orΒ PlayUp.

Should I bet with Booki?
Booki is one of the leading online bookmakers in Australia and we highly recommend them for all horse racing and sports betting. Their desktop site and mobile app make it simple to place a bet on any race or sporting event. View our full Booki review here.
Do Booki offer a sign-up bonus?
No. Booki do not offer new customers a sign-up bonus. New legislation prevents bookmakers giving new customers incentives but that does not mean you should not bet with Booki.
