Why We Like BetAces
The racing price range is the main attraction. Why We Don’t Like BetAces
Current promotions are not available to browse publicly. Clicking Promotions while logged out redirects to the account login page, so a prospective customer cannot compare active offers and their individual conditions before joining.
Customer support is also fairly narrow. Live chat is advertised from 8am to 8pm AEST, while email is provided for disputes and complaints. We could not confirm a public telephone support option.
Withdrawals have some restrictions worth noting. Identity verification must be completed first, deposits need to be turned over once, and OSKO processing is limited to two withdrawals per day. Additional requests use a regular bank transfer and may take 24 to 48 hours, depending on the bank.
