How it works:

• Place a bet on the Top Fluc by selecting “TF” for your chosen selection from the SOP Fluc Column on the Race Card on selected Australian Metropolitan race meetings.
• Top Fluc will be available until the first fixed odds price call comes through, which happens approximately 30 minutes before the race starts.
• If your selection wins, you will be paid the highest fluctuation of the final bet365 Price after the first fixed odds price comes through.

Qualifying

1. bet365 will offer Top Fluc betting on selected events. Top Fluc bets will be paid out at the highest fluctuation of the final bet365 Price (SOP) as supplied by Dynamic Odds or other bet365 Price (in the absence of an SOP) as supplied by Dynamic Odds.
2. Top Fluc betting will be available until the first fixed odds price call comes through, approximately 30 minutes prior to the advertised start time of the race. bet365 reserves the right to close or suspend Top Fluc betting at any time.
3. Top Fluc betting is Win Only. If an Each-Way Top Fluc bet is requested it will have the Place portion placed at the tote derivative market available for that meeting.

Restrictions

1. In the event of a late scratching, all bets will be paid as directed by stewards, including possible deductions on winning bets.
2. The maximum payout for a Top Fluc bet is $20,000 or currency equivalent. Where a Top Fluc bet is placed that would return more than $20,000 then the amount of the original stake that returns in excess of $20,000 will be placed at the State bet365 Price (SOP) or other bet365 Price (in the absence of an SOP) supplied by Dynamic Odds.
