Terms and Conditions

• This promotion is available to eligible Betr clients who reside in Australia and use our internet service, mobile site or iPhone app only.
• Eligible customers may be issued Bet Back token(s) for use on eligible Thoroughbred races in accordance with these terms and conditions. Excl WA racing.
• In order to participate in this offer, customers must place a Fixed Odds win bet on an eligible Thoroughbred race and apply their Bet Back token before placing the bet.
• Bet Back offers may vary. Please view your Bet Back promotions for the details of your offer. For example: “If your runner finishes 2nd or 3rd, receive a Bonus Bet back equal to your stake, up to $25.” In this example, if you have applied a Bet Back token, you will receive your stake back in bonus bets if your runner finishes 2nd or 3rd.
• Tokens available from 12:00am Friday.
• Minimum odds $1.50 required for Bet Back to be available.
• Maximum of one Bet Back available per race.
• The maximum Bet Back amount is shown by selecting your Bet Back token, e.g. “up to $25 in bonus bets”.
• Win bets only. Win & Place bets (each-way) are not eligible for the offer.
• Offer applies to bets in the final field market only. Bets in the all in market will not be eligible.
• Races with less than 8 runners will not be eligible for the offer.
• Bet Back refunds will be credited to your account within 24 hours of the race being resulted.
• Customers may receive zero, one or multiple Bet Backs on any given day as determined by Betr in its sole discretion.
• This offer is not to be used in conjunction with any other offer. Boosts, Bonus Bets, Multibets, Exotics, Box Challenge, Jockey Challenge, Telephone Bets and Live Betting are excluded from the offer.
• Betr’s Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions apply to this offer.
• Betr reserves the right to change, cancel or suspend the promotion at any time.
• Betr reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine that a customer is not eligible for certain products, bet types or promotions, in part or in full.
