The son of Oasis Dream will line up at Headquarters having won four of his five starts and fresh from a determined success in last month’s National Stakes at the Curragh.
Richard Hannon’s Bronterre and the Roger Varian-trained Ektihaam both put unbeaten records on the line, while Spiritual Star was supplemented by Andrew Balding following a brilliant maiden victory at the track.
The consistent Red Duke takes in this Group One prize ahead of a trip to next month’s Breeders’ Cup meeting, while Most Improved, Factory Time, Parish Hall and Hannon’s second runner Trumpet Major complete the field.
