Race 1 10:45am 1100m Synthetic
KAILI’S BIG BOY should drive through off this draw and with snowy conditions around, he might just be in the top two all the way. Is down in class. BALA FALLS should have won last start. As it turned out he was unplaced but was ridden completely upside down. He’ll sit back and charge this week. KID FORESTER may drop in for cover and use his wheels late to finish the race off. This looks the trifecta.

Race 2 11:14am 2YO 1300m Synthetic
HONEY GIRL is close to a win. Just missed past couple and has drawn perfectly here. Bound to be in this finish. FIVE DAYS IN MAY has sufficient speed. She should drive up towards the front from the get go and will be boxing away late too while LET’S HAVE FUN has the awkward draw but she might just go bang from gate-rise and charge across. Form says she is the one to beat.

Race 3 11:45am 1100m Synthetic
PODGORA will appreciate both the draw and this grade. Has speed enough to be in fray all the way. TOUCH OF ROUGE looks nicely placed. Can lead these all the way. Final 100m is only real issue but she probably is too far clear to be caught. I’LL TAKE THE GOLD probably settles for bronze in this one. Should box on gamely late.

Race 4 12;12pm 1100m Synthetic Track
CALEDON SUMMER has the draw to be in this. It’s a pretty weak field but she has enough get up and go to be on the bunny all the way. COOLWATER for Emma-Jayne Wilson should scoot forward too and keep her honest they look safe for your numbers and I’ll have the Aussie-themed MISS MATILDA in there also. She has the big weight but also boasts form that’s better than most of these and she can finish off.

Race 5 12:45pm 1700m Mdn Synthetic
PLAYING SMART might live up to her name here. Drawn well, top rider and in a winnable race. AILIS is in the strong stable. Has a nice draw and last start suggested she was ready to win a race like this. DANCE THE SKY AWAY looks well placed class wise. The draw may play against her but is she drops in and finds cover, she can be a player late.

Race 6: 1:15pm 2YO (C&G) Stakes Race $100k 1700m Synthetic
This is the big race of the night. And form suggests THE REIGN MAN will finish hard. He has the draw to drop in and receive the run of the race. In a strong stable too. DOTTED LKINE probably starts odds-on in this based on several factors including terrific effort last start against similar rivals, the good gate and the way the race should be run. Looms large. Because a glut of cash will go on Dotted Line, the others should blow and DANCERS GHOST should get out the door. But he has shown enough staying talent and could bob late for 3rd making the trifectas interesting.

Race 7 11:45pm 1400m Synthetic
ARTIE’S FIRST KISS comes into this with the best form and has a terrific draw. Should ping and probably leads all the way winning comfortably. UNDER THE EYE is going to make into a nice filly. May find one too swift here but should make a charge for a placing. TEXT ME UP has no weight to carry and wasn’t that far away last start in a similar race. Sure to be handy again.

Race 8 2;15pm 1700m Synthetic
There are some slow ones here and they just wont be in the hunt. For mine, only three really have a chance and you should just box them up. They are: DESCENTE; CANADIAN EH and CAROLINA GRACE. Take your pick re who wins.
