There are better credentialed juveniles engaged but gee I like the look of 15 Expensive Rosie (Bet Now:  $SP.00) and I think she’s worth a throw at the stumps each way. Did more than enough on debut at Pontefract before confirming that promise with an arrogant win at Carlisle. Beat nothing, but the way in which she put them away, ears pricked, she was sharp. That was over 1385m so 1408m here is ideal and she gets a jockey upgrade.

14 Bedtime Story (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is a beautifully bred filly for Aidan O’Brien by Frankel out of Mecca’s Angel, a dual winner of the Nunthorpe, so she’s bred to be good and she was more than good on debut at Leopardstown, giving them a start and a beating in a very impressive display. Harder here, but 1400m looks fine and stable is flying.

12 Seaplane (Bet Now:  $SP.00) could be an improver at odds. This colt debuted on a wet track at Leicester and while the wheels were spinning, I thought he stuck on well enough in defeat when second to impressive winner Santa Savana. He has good scope to come and on a firmer deck, I think he can give cheek at a price.

I’ll back in the class of 2 Continuous (Bet Now:  $SP.00) to resume a winner. He had a fab second half of 2023, taking out the Great Voltigeur and the St Leger before going to the Arc where he ran a mighty fifth in a super effort. Resumes here, which either says he needs the run, or there is clear intent. Market will be fascinating but he has the runs on the board.

8 Middle Earth (Bet Now:  $SP.00) will be heading out to Melbourne and joining Ciaron Maher after this race, with eyes towards the Melbourne Cup. He looks a very progressive stayer, his latest win over 2400m at Newbury being quite dynamic, giving them a start and a beating to just wear down King Of Conquest. Good test here, but confident he measures up.

4 Desert Hero (Bet Now:  $SP.00) could also be on the plane to Melbourne for the Spring but this run and the following run will probably determine where he heads. I expected more from him at Newbury when resuming but I will say he did parade quite big in condition and perhaps needed the run. He has class when right, so not dismissing him.

10 The Wizard Of Eye (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is a great each way gamble in what isn’t a deep edition of the Jubilee. Charlie Fellowes trains this guy, who comes through the Victoria Handicap over 1400m here where he got back in the run and was bolting. Problem was he was getting badly held up and it looked like it would be a sick beat but he managed to get clear and savaged the line late to win. Fast run 1200m, can see him sitting back and launching over the top.

4 Kinross (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is the best horse in the race. Just a matter of where he is at. Ralph Beckett trained gelding that resumes and he is one of the better 1200m-1400m horses in the UK. He hasn’t raced since the Champions Sprint last year here when a narrow second to Art Power. If he’s ready to go re fitness, he can win.

12 Believing (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is on the quick back up after racing on Tuesday in the King’s Stand. She was nearer the inside from the gate and while she was never really a winning threatening, she kept chasing and was pretty good in defeat behind Aussie mare Asfoora. 1200m should be fine and if she handles the back, she’s in the mix.

Very keen on 14 River Tiber (Bet Now:  $SP.00) for Aidan O’Brien. This colt resumed in the Irish 2000 Guineas where he had a good run in transit just off the speed before angling wider into clear air and loomed to win but being first up, 1600m, he just couldn’t quite finish it off when third to Rosallion, who of course came out and won the St James’s Palace on Tuesday, so the form is A1, he’s fitter, back to 1400m…best on the card.

1 Haatem (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is the key and I dare say only threat to River Tiber. Game third in the 2000 Guineas at Newmarket behind Notable Speech before going to Curragh and the 2000 Guineas of the Irish kind. He led and gave a very strong kick but just couldn’t quite see it through, bloused late by Rosallion. That form is A1 for this.

11 Native American (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is one who can fill a first four spot. Thought he was really poor when resuming over 1800m at Newmarket but found positive form over 1400m at Epsom when tracking the speed and loomed large but had to settle for a second. Not sure he has the quality to win but is one for exotics.

26 Mums Tipple (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is a great each way gamble at odds for mine. I thought there was a lot of credit to her run at Epsom last time. She got a fair way out of her ground but was moving well until asked for the effort, where the wheels began to spin on the ground and also, she didn’t have the clearest of paths. Think she’ll love the firmer deck, room to move…only runs well.

10 Dark Trooper (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is a French raider who is a ripper and is a track/distance winner. He resumed at Saint Cloud when letting down with purpose and was impressive in winning, with the form out of the race looking quite good. Good racing, 1200m is ideal, and he is a winner.

9 Unequal Love (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is a key threat. William Haggas trained mare that ran at Curragh last time where she had the suck run behind the speed before angling clear and presented to win but couldn’t quite get there and was held late when fifth to Mitbaahy. That form does read quite well for a race like this.

8 Hand Of God (Bet Now:  $SP.00) for me. Harry Charlton trained galloper that resumed over the mile at Sandown where he was ridden with intent to lead, controlled and what I liked is that when challenged, he found udner pressure, fended them off and was quite strong to the line in winning. Bred to eat up 2000m and with that racing style, he appeals.

13 Old Faithful (Bet Now:  $SP.00) commands respect for Aidan O’Brien. This mare had a suck run behind the leader at Navan last time before angling clear, went through her gears, knuckled down and was impressive I thought in winning despite the margin being narrow. Harder here, but she’s a mare in form and stable is flying.

9 Palace Green (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is a key chance. He looked to be jogging off the speed at York last start and looked the winner when presented but 2400m was a bridge too far and he felt the pinch late, finishing third. Back to 2000m with that 2400m run under the belt, he rates highly for me.

2 Dawn Rising (Bet Now:  $SP.00) for me. He won the race last year and looks on track to repeat the dose. That didn’t look the case at Naas two back when tailed off last but he ran a much improved race at Leopardstown last time out behind Kyprios, who has claims to being the best stayer in the world, so that is the A1 form and he looks as though he has been set for this race again.

1 Trueshan (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is a warrior and the class factor. He was down to run in the Gold Cup but was scratched and hopefully takes his place here. He ran over two miles at Sandown last time and was as game s ever in defeat behind Sweet William, who ran well behind Kyprios in the Gold Cup on Thursday, so that form reads well and he has a good racing style.

14 Grand Providence (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is one I can entertain for exotics. Pass mark when resuming at Newbury before going to the Chester Cup, her first look at an extended staying trip, and I thought she was game in defeat behind Zoffee, beaten just over two lengths. Not sure she wins, but can run top four for sure.
