Winx’s Chelmsford Stakes 2016 run in doubt

Sydney has again been battered by heavy rainfall which has cast doubt over star mare Winx’s run in Saturday’s G2 Chelmsford Stakes.

Connections have stated she is no certainty to run in the race and if the heavy rain continues she is unlikely to line-up in the field.

Winx is likely to have her next start in the George Main Stakes if she does not run at Randwick this weekend.

Winx may run nxt in the George Main Stakes, IF, she doesn't start tomorrow due to the Heavy track -that's according to Peter Tighe.
