Former Australian galloper Master Montaro has remained unbeaten after recording fifth career win and his third in Hong Kong.

Master Montaro who raced under the same name in Australia won both of his starts at Pakenham and Geelong before being sold to Hong Kong where he is trained by David Hayes after being trained at Linsday Park where David was present at the time.

The win on Hong Kong’s biggest race day provided the Australian Hall of Fame trainer David Hayes with his ninth winner since making the move in August to start the new racing season.
