Group 1 winning sprinter Vega Magic has secured what could be the last available slot in this years edition of The Everest.
Vega Magic who was an ultra impressive winner of Saturday’s Bletchingly Stakes has been given James Harron Bloodstocks’ slot in The Everest on October 13th.
The Group 1 Memsie Stakes winning sprinter was runner up to Redzel in the inaugural running of The Everest and after Vega Magic’s performance JHR were quick to secure the Lindsay Park trained galloper for the race.
Two spots remain in The Everest with GPI Racing waiting on a decision with Chautauqua who will need to pass his barrier certificate before racing and the ATC’s slot which is likely to be given to Kementari.
