Star apprentice Luke Tarrant will make his return to the saddle at the Golden Coast on Saturday after serving a ban for drug use.
Tarrant has had a troubled twelve months with a drug positive that saw him suspended for six months as well as a string of stealing offences.
He is booked to ride the Helen Page trained Excalibrator in Race 5.
Helen Page says her husband John urged her to give Luke Tarrant a go, John said "for goodness sake give him a go" – 1 ride tmw Gold Coast.
