Queensland apprentices Matthew Powell and Taylor Williams have both been banned for testing postive to drugs at Sunshine Coast on March 29th.
Williams has been handed a six month ban after she tested positive for amphetamine and methamphetamine.
Powell has been handed a fifteen month ban after returning a positive for amphetamine, methamphetamine and cannabis. The disqualification can be reduced to twelve months if he can successfully complete a rehabilitation course.
Powell received a bigger disqualification due to this being his second offence under the same ruling.
