Odds on favourite Cellsabeel is unlikely to take her spot for the rescheduled $2m Inglis Millennium at Warwick Farm on Wednesday.
Cellsabeel is the current $1.50 favourite with Ladbrokes in Inglis Millennium odds although trainer Ciaron Maher has said she is unlikely to run in the race which was rescheduled to Wednesday after Saturday’s meeting was washed out.
Cellsabeel is the current favourite for the 2020 Golden Slipper and will be targeted at the race thus she is likely to be saved for the Silver Slipper Stakes on Saturday week.
Despite the $2million dollar prize purse of the Inglis Millennium, the races prizemoney does not count towards entry for the Golden Slipper as it is a restricted race to Inglis sold horses only.
Trainers Ciaron Maher and David Eustace believe the filly will need more prizemoney to make the Golden Slipper field so the likely scenario is not to run on Wednesday.
