Jockey Nash Rawiller has reportedly returned home to Sydney after the ICAC decided not to press charges for corruption.
Rawiller received a 15 month disqualification by Hong Kong Jockey Club stewards for breaches of the racing jurisdiction’s strict betting regulations.
It is reported that following the decision by the ICAC not to press corruption charges which could have seen Nash go to jail he has returned to Sydney to sit out the remainder of his riding ban.
Huge news for Nash Rawiller with HK’s ICAC deciding not to press charges following the HKJC’s 15-month disqualification. He’s now serving his remaining penalty in Australia.
