Brisbane jockey Tegan Harrison remains in hospital after coming off worst of the jockeys involved in a four-horse fall at Doomben.
The latest update overnight is that Tegan suffered a bad concussion and has fractured her sternum, ribs and five vertebrae.
Harrison was among four jockeys in the fall but faired the worst with Michael Cahill and Brad Stewart walked away from Monday’s incident while Jake Bayliss had lacerations and bruising but was cleared of any breaks after being taken to hospital.
The four horses involved were all caught and appeared to be unscathed.
