Hugh Bowman will make the trip to Melbourne for the Spring Carnival
Sydney jockey Hugh Bowman has made a key booking for this years Caulfield Cup.
Hugh Bowman will make the trip to Melbourne to ride during the Spring carnival with his first meeting set to be at Caulfield on Caulfield Guineas day where he will continue his partnership with King’s Legacy in the Caulfield Guineas.
The news comes as Bowman has been booked to ride Caulfield Cup second favourite Anthony Van Dyck who is $13 in the current market.
Bowman has had a turbulent few months riding in Sydney which saw him suspended for six weeks for careless riding before a twenty day suspension for his ride on Farnan in the Run To The Rose which was this week overturned.
