I Am Excited has been retired after her run at Morphettville on the weekend
Group One winning mare I Am Excited has been retired following her run in the Robert Sangster Stakes on the weekend.
I Am Excited won the G1 Galaxy during The Championships before two below par performances in the G2 Sapphire Stakes and the G1 Robert Sangster prompting connections to retire the mare ahead of her new career in the breeding yard.
I Am Excited won seven times and amassed over $1.2m in earnings.
